On-line Registration (July 1- August 31, 2014)
To assist the smooth running of the conference and avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly advised to complete the on-line registration for the conference.

NOTE: The fees are in Japanese Yen.

  • Registration Cancellation Policy:
    • Registrants wishing to cancel their registration may receive a refund if requested in writing to the Conference Manager at Kumamoto Univeristy.



      If the request is received by August 15, 2014, it will be processed without charge. A cancellation fee of JPY5,000 will be charged for refund requests received after that date. Refund requests will not be honored after August 31, 2014.
