Requirements:
Abstracts are submitted in PDF
format . The deadline for abstract submission is
FRIDAY, June 15, 2012. For consistency in the abstract book please follow the
format described below. Please submit an abstract of your
paper or presentation in PDF format to the mail address which indicated in
the Microsoft
Word abstract template
.
Abstract
Format:

All text, figures and references must fit on a single
A4 page.
・
All margins: 25 mm.
・
Title should be centered, 14 pt Times New Roman font, boldface.
・
Authors
list (12 pt font) containing asterisk by Presenter’s
name.
・
Affiliations designated by superscript numbers by authors
names 11 pt font (See Example).
・
References 11pt font.
・
Body of the abstract, 11 pt Times New Roman font,
fully justified, single spaced.
・
All figures must be imbedded into the abstract
file.
・
The submitted file must be in PDF
format.

Graduate Student and Post Doctoral
Fellow Awards:
Awards will be given to Graduate Students and Post
Doctoral Fellows for the best Posters as determined by the
judges. All competition will be based on Poster Presentations
(No oral presentations will be considered). All awards will be
presented at the closing ceremony.
Please mention whether you are entering your poster in the Poster Competition
or not in your abstract submission email.
Please Note: It is not necessary to
enter the Poster Competition to submit a
poster.
Poster Size: Posters should not exceed 841 x 1189 mm (A0,
vertically long). If larger, they will
extend off the display board.
